Sandy
Frederick has lived in the Sun Valley area for 17 years and
has been with Ketchum Realty since obtaining her real estate license
in 1986. Sandy moved to the area from Seattle and while this is her permanent
residence she remains an avid Washington Husky fan and travels to Seattle
3 or 4 times a year to see her family.
She is a grandmother to 3 wonderful children. Sandy was just elected,
by her peers, to a 2 year term as State Director for the Sawtooth Board
of Realtors. Sandy believes in educating her customers about the various
areas in the Wood River Valley prior to making their purchase and would
