Nick Maricich Is a lifetime resident of the Wood River Valley and was born in the Sun Valley Lodge in 1957. As a young man he worked as a contractor and land surveyor and began investing in real estate at the age of 24.  He attended the U of U on a skiing scholarship and studied real estate and commercial recreation. 

He successfully completed and brought to market his first subdivision at the age of 25. During a fifteen year career as a professional skier and ice skater he continue to be involved in the real estate market, developing two more subdivisions, owning a construction company and building high end spec homes. After his athletic career ended and a short stint in ice show management it was obvious that the next step in life was to go in real estate as a full time professional. 

He chose Ketchum Realty as his base of operation because of his past experience with the company and because they are the oldest licensed real state company (since 1969) in the Valley. Today Nick is uniquely qualified to represent you in any of your real-estate needs.
